Well here I am, over due by my doctors date, waiting for Grey to make his big move. Overall, I have to write that it was an easy pregnancy. Was I sick in the beginning, horribly awfully to my knees sick, Oh,Yes I was.But rightfully so. I mean, I have been growing a little lad in here and that should cause for some real apparent noise, shouldn't it? But, I must commend him for being kind in the weight area, I only put on 32lbs, I was an A+ ( o'k maybe just a flat A) pregnant woman in that category. Did my hips and Bum get a bit wide for my standards, well of course, as John would say "you need a good base to carry a human around", that was so very very kind of him, wasn't it. Every pregnant woman I have ever known has worried about the expansion of her bum during this time. Anyhow, it all comes back together in the end, maybe not the same, maybe a bit worse or a bit better, but all in all, it comes back. Let's see, with this little guy traveling around with me for the last 10 months, I have recognized that I definitely had some new cravings and likes... One being, Chamomile Tea. I never ever liked that tea, couldn't stand the smell and all of a sudden I couldn't do with out it, I had a cup most days. Another new Craving, plain Yogurt and shaved almonds, pure delight right there. I also craved, dark sea salted chocolate, holy moles is that outta sight.Brussel sprouts every which way I could get them. All fruits, I would get insane over, my (or was it his?)favorite: maaaaango! I also got into a t.v show that I swear I never ever thought I would like, Friday Night Lights. I mean Crazy for that show, watched every show and fell in love with the way it was filmed, all raw and gritty. I fell in love for Football, the innocence, the purity of the game when you play in High school... I know, sounds crazy right? It was, it was a crazy love affair that I had with that show. Another Love, 70's Elton John. Wow, I have always been a fan, but not like I am now.... So perfectly good. Oh Grey, your already a pretty interesting little one aren't you, you like chamomile tea, high school football and Elton John. Sounds Just about right. Sounds like perfection! Cannot wait to see your face and hold you in my arms.
